Chief Operating Officer
Raised in a pastor’s home, Andrew started ministry serving in a camp and conference in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, before becoming Vice President for Vision New England, a church leadership organization based in Burlington, Massachusetts. At Vision New England, Andrew led Congress, which grew to reach 2,000 churches and became one of the largest gatherings of believers in the nation at that time.
From there God called Andrew to Saddleback Church where he was the Chief Operating Officer at Purpose Driven for eight years where he was involved – along with an incredible team - in helping training 500,000 church leaders in the principles of the Purpose Driven Church, as well as guiding The Purpose Driven Life campaign, 40 Days of Purpose.
Later, concerned young people ditching the Christian faith, Andrew formed a partnership with Kitchen Table Academy to create resources for parents; he also served as a ministry consultant to various organizations and churches throughout the nation.
In the process, Chip Ingram and Andrew met and a partnership was formed – Chip as the Bible teacher and visionary and Andrew as the organizational leader of Living on the Edge.
Andrew is an ordained minister and a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (B.A.) and BIOLA University (M.A.). He and his wife, Melissa, have been married for over 20 years and have three children.
