r12 is a relational profile of an authentic disciple based on Romans 12. r12 is not about being religious, keeping rules, developing programs, church growth, self-actualization, or spiritual formulas for success. It's about taking inventory of our relationships and helping us find Biblical answers to five of the most important questions in life:

MOST PEOPLE WANT TO GROW, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW. Christians search for the answers, but when they don't know where they are going, they often start in the wrong direction. Meeting people right where they are with clear direction for becoming disciples of Jesus Christ is one of the most significant roles we play as pastors.

But this begs the question, "If we are to make disciples, what does one look like, and how will we know when we've made one?"
