Arrival and Departure
How early can we arrive for the weekend?
Due to a large preceding event, there are only a select few discounted deluxe rooms ($479 per night) offered on Thursday, March 2nd.
How long can we stay after the weekend?
Due to the high season, there will only be a select few discounted deluxe rooms ($479 per night) offered on Sunday, March 5th and Monday, March 6th.

Is there a discounted room rate?
The Fairmont is offering a special rate of $479 for the following rooms:
- Deluxe Room – King
- Deluxe Room – Queen/Queen
- Deluxe View – King
Should we book our room right away?
It would be wise to book once you have made the decision that you will be attending this event.
When do we need to book our room by?
Overnight rooms need to be booked by Monday, February 6th.
Will Living on the Edge cover room service?
All attendees are responsible for all costs associated with room service during their stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
Discounted Resort Fee
A discounted daily resort service charge of $25 per room (plus tax of 14.02%) will be charged to each guest’s daily room folio. The following amenities are included:
- Daily basic internet access in guest rooms, meeting and public spaces
- Daily maid gratuity
- Round trip porterage cost
- $25 Spa credit per paid night, towards a body or facial treatment at Well & Being Spa (valid once per day)

Will Living on the Edge cover valet/parking fees?
All attendees are responsible for all costs associated with valet/parking fees during their stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
- Overnight valet parking is $38 per day
- Overnight self-parking is $25 per day
Free Time
Will there be any free time throughout the weekend?
Yes, there will be free time on Saturday, March 4th. Lunch and free time will be on your own. (approximately 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Are there pre-arranged activities that the group will do?
No, you are welcome to choose what you would like to do during the Saturday, March 4th free time.

Can we golf?
Yes, TPC Stadium is home of the WM Phoenix Open. They will be open for regular tee times just a few days after the Open.
Please note for those wanting to play at stadium course:
- Availability does tend to be limited, especially after the Open has been televised.
- The stands will likely still be in the process of being taken down.
- TPC also has a Champions course and there are nearby courses at Grayhawk.

Living on the Edge would like all guests to be present for all meals that are provided to allow for ample fellowship time.

Our goal is for all attendees to be present at every session to get the very most out of our weekend together.
Is this an adult only weekend?
Yes, our goal is for you to come, be able to connect with other adults, be present for the sessions and enjoy the weekend experience without any interruptions.
