Week 1

We invite you to join us in a focused Season of Prayer this month. Each week includes specific prayer requests daily to focus our hearts and our spirits on the Hope, Faith, Joy, and Peace that God longs to provide to His people.

SUN
Pray for the global church to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to bring the hope of Christ to a hurting world.
MON
Pray for pastors to have renewed hope in their calling to shepherd their flocks faithfully.
TUE
Pray for believers to be faithful to share the hope of the gospel with those who do not know Jesus.
WED
Pray for the Holy Spirit to give hope to all who are discouraged.
THU
Pray for the Lord to give hope to those who are out of work and to provide a job to meet their needs.
FRI
Pray for God’s people to put their hope in Him and His unfailing love.
SAT
Pray that our love for Jesus will fill us with new hope this season.

Week 2

We continue our season of Prayer this week by asking God to strengthen our Faith. With so many big needs in the world as well as the great opportunities God is giving to the ministry of Living on the Edge, we need His power, provision, and providence to go before us.

SUN
Pray for the persecuted church to stand strong in their faith in Christ.
MON
Pray for great faith as we trust God to provide the financial resources needed to fulfill His mission for Living on the Edge.
TUE
Pray for God to call our children into a saving faith in Jesus.
WED
Ask God to give His people the spirit of unity through faith in Christ in a divided culture.
THU
Pray for God’s people to walk by faith, not by sight, and so glorify Him.
FRI
Ask God to strengthen the faith of those who are struggling to believe in His goodness.
SAT
Ask God to increase your faith to believe Him for mighty blessings.

We continue our season of Prayer this week with our focus on asking the Lord to increase our Joy as we remain fully dependent upon our Good God.

Pray for our children to love God and follow Him with joy all the days of their lives.

Pray that believers will find their delight and joy in Jesus this season.
TUE
Ask God to move His people to give generously with great joy.
WED
Pray that believers will joyfully serve those in need.
THU
Ask the Lord to increase our capacity for joy in Him.
FRI
Pray for God to help us to consider it pure joy when we experience trials.
SAT
Pray that the joy of the Lord will be your strength.

We conclude our Season of Prayer this week by asking God to give us His peace, which passes all understanding. We long for God to also use us as His people to be instruments of peace in the world.

Praise the Father for His greatest gift to us of Jesus, our Prince of Peace.

Pray for God's peace to reign in your family.
TUE
Pray for God's peace to rule in His church throughout the world.
WED
Pray for God's peace to fill your heart by the power of the Holy Spirit.
THU
Pray for God's peace to come to young people who are struggling in a confused culture.
FRI
Ask God to bring peace out of His great mercy to nations in conflict.
SAT
Ask God to show you how you can be an instrument of peace to a world in need.
