Kevin Scott
Kevin Scott is the Lead Pastor at Church at The Well in Boston, which he helped plant in July 2011. Before becoming a pastor, he served at a camp for inner-city kids in upstate New York, and owned and operated two successful businesses in Bakersfield, CA. He holds both a Masters of Religion and an MDiv from Liberty Theological Seminary and a BS in Biology from CSUB. Kevin currently serves as the Coaching Champion for SEND Network New England and on the Board of Trustees for Gateway Seminary located in Ontario, CA. He and his wife, Christy, have three grown children.

Carlos Alejandro
Carlos has served God in different areas of the ministry for 26 years and currently serves as senior pastor of Venture en Español in Los Gatos, California. God has placed in his heart the desire to train strong, healthy, and committed leaders to serve God and their neighbors. Carlos and his wife, Dania, have three children.

Aaron Pierce
Aaron is the international mission director of Steiger International, a worldwide mission organization that is called to reach and disciple the global youth culture for Jesus. Steiger is active in over 100 cities around the world within the regions of Europe, Eurasia, Central Asia, the Middle East, East Asia, South America, Australasia, and North America. In his role, Aaron teaches at training events, develops new church and ministry partnerships, and continues to participate in evangelistic outreaches and tours around the world.

Gene is the founder and president of Word4Asia Consulting International, which specializes in assuring that nonprofit organizations achieve their purposes in China and Southeast Asia. His leadership books, including Leading Turnaround Churches and Leading Turnaround Teams have been published in four countries and taken him on a speaking circuit around the world, allowing him to share insight and encouragement for bold leadership to millions.

Fares Abraham
Fares is the founder and CEO of Levant Ministries, a Middle East based organization focused on reaching, equipping, and empowering the next generation of Christian leaders through cutting-edge media productions and an innovative approach to evangelism and discipleship. Levant’s NEXTGEN Leaders Initiative reaches millions of Arabic speakers around the world and helps launch discipleship groups throughout the Middle East. Fares is an author and a frequent international guest speaker. He holds an MBA and a doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, where he currently serves as a professor in the School of Business. He and his wife, Soha, have three children.

Jp Samuel
Jp is the lead pastor of the Spectrum Church in Silicon Valley. He is also the president of iSpectra, an organization that works toward multicultural leadership and discipleship in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a master’s in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. After serving in the marketplace for more than 10 years, he embraced God’s call to minister full-time. He has ministered among international students, refugees, and professionals from several countries over the past 20 years and is passionate about multicultural discipleship and leadership in the Church and marketplace. Jp and his wife, Jemima, have three children and live in the Bay Area.

John S. Dickerson
John was a nationally awarded journalist before becoming a megachurch pastor in the Indianapolis area. His writing has appeared in the New York Times and USA Today, but his greater burden and calling is to see the American church thrive in a changing moral and social landscape. His latest book, Jesus Loves Me: Christian Essentials for the Head and the Heart, aims to close the gap of basic catechism in the American church. John and his wife, Melanie, have three children.

Gregg Dedrick
Gregg is the co-founder of Iron Bell Ministries, a discipleship and retreat ministry based in Louisville, Kentucky. Gregg has spent over 30 years in leadership in organizations. During his time as the president of KFC and senior executive of Yum! Brands, Gregg became passionate about leadership, culture, and how the Kingdom doesn’t distinguish between secular and sacred work. He is now committed to helping people become what God intended them to be and advance the Kingdom in every aspect of their lives. He currently serves on the boards of Denny’s restaurants, Living on the Edge, and Iron Bell Ministries, and works with the Gospel Music Association.

Ryan is the founding and lead pastor of Awakening Church in the heart of Silicon Valley, reaching the next generation in one of the most unchurched places in the United States. He has spent his career focusing on contextualizing and communicating the Gospel in a post-Christian culture. Ryan has been in pastoral leadership for nearly two decades and has a passion for raising up future world changers. Ryan and his wife, Jenny, have been married for 20 years this year and have three teenage kids.

Kitty Allen
Kitty is a builder of leaders, teams, and organizations, and leads the ministry of Primemovers in her role as president. She serves on the executive team of Living on the Edge, the parent organization of Primemovers, contributing to the ministry in the areas of leadership development, culture, and team growth. She is also the owner of Built to Lead—The Allen Group, a leadership-development firm founded in 2004. She draws from over 30 years of experience in the corporate world and as a nonprofit entrepreneur. Her consulting practice is focused on equipping Kingdom leaders in the marketplace. Kitty is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s and master’s in business administration.
