December 2025
Dear Friend,
It’s a little past 5 a.m., and I’ve been up since 1:30 a.m., thinking and praying about what to share as we close out 2025.
I’m looking at the impact report, and I’m shaking my head in amazement as this verse circulates in my mind and heart:
“Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.” —Psalm 115:1, NIV
Thirty years ago, Living on the Edge began with a single message broadcast on one radio station, thanks to a businessman who had a vision for our area. Dick Sleeper said, “Chip, we’ve got to do this. God’s in it, and I’ll pay for the first year or so until we get it up and running. I can sense God wants to do something great.”
Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that God would take a single message and turn it into a global movement of discipleship. He plucked a basketball coach off the hardwood court from a lower-middle-class, alcoholic family to coach and equip HIS team.
I’m torn between simply THANKING God and thanking all of you for what He’s accomplished, and SHARING all the visions God has put on my heart.
I am humbled beyond words at the nearly 500,000 pastors around the world who’ve discovered, with our help, that Making Disciples—not the size of their church—is the true measure of success. These leaders have also embraced the powerful truth that they must be what they want others to become. It started as a slow process; now we can’t keep up with the demand for training coming from all around the world.
Our international team is taking this “biblical discipleship paradigm,” from courses I created, all around the world. And we will keep doing this work until Jesus returns. Although I love being in the trenches with them, the truth is that they don’t need me as much anymore as we fine-tune our train-the-trainer model with national master trainers.
As I reflect on the past and consider the future, I want to somehow communicate how grateful I am for your prayers and support and at the same time remind you that there are no extraordinary people. God wants to work in ALL of us, and He will work in ALL of us if we fully surrender to Jesus. Surrender is the channel through which God’s biggest and best blessings flow (Romans 12:1)!
I believe God has blessed our ministry not because I’m special but because we were willing to OBEY JESUS and speak the truth into the cultural crises of our day. We’ve addressed with kindness and biblical truth the issues surrounding LGBTQ, transgender, politics, pornography, infidelity, hypocrisy, the environment, and the tragic shift in some evangelical churches and institutions away from the authority and moral mandates of God’s Word.
In addition, we stepped out in faith to leverage technology to bring that teaching to the whole world. We will be able to speak God’s Word in multiple languages throughout America and around the world, increasing our audience exponentially. I have to chuckle when I see myself speaking Arabic, Spanish, or even Chinese with perfect lip movement thanks to AI. But because of this technology, we can now reach and disciple more people in their own language!
Finally, I’m passionate and excited about the current movement among the next generation who are seeking God. My great fear, however, is that unless they are connected and discipled, we will find a massive movement of young people who come to know Jesus but will not act or live much like Him. We must teach and disciple them in ways that reach them where they are and provide a clear pathway to Christlikeness.
We are currently developing a digital discipleship pathway that has been on my heart for over ten years and is now coming to reality. It’s an actual dynamic catechism of the core things believers will need to know, feel, and do to walk with Jesus. It’s rooted in a high view of God, who is holy and loving and filled with grace and compassion.
This new discipleship tool will speak to them in their native language, according to their personal learning style, and respond to their questions and concerns from the summary of every book, audio recording, and video that I have ever written/taught over the past thirty years.
If all this sounds exciting, I couldn’t agree more; and if it also sounds expensive and visionary, requiring people of faith to TEAM TOGETHER and believe that the world doesn’t have to stay the way it is . . . then you’d be absolutely right!

Please PAUSE, read slowly and prayerfully over our impact report; not as a bunch of numbers, but as lives—children, hurting moms and dads, families reunited, churches revived, pastors not giving up, tens of thousands of lost people finding Jesus as their Savior and Lord—all because the Word of God, by the people of God, through the Spirit of God has produced what only God can do – New Life!
It will take millions of dollars, just like it has in the past, for us to take the next steps that God is clearly directing us to take. And that means each of us doing our part: Those with millions can give millions, those with thousands can give thousands, those with hundreds can give hundreds, and those who struggle can give a small gift from their heart with prayers that God will use it beyond their wildest dreams.
I don’t believe I will be around for the next thirty years, but I do believe that what we’re putting in place will outlast you and me and do the very thing that Jesus commanded us to do—MAKE DISCIPLES—or as I like to say…
“Helping Christians Live Like Christians—For the Glory of God and the Good of Everyone!”
I invite you to JOIN me and our team to change our world, one person at a time, by a commitment to pray and a sacrificial gift to God’s vision through Living on the Edge.
Just getting started,

Chip Ingram
Founder, CEO, & Teaching Pastor
P.S. Thanks to the generosity of a small group of partners, every gift given before midnight December 31 will be doubled dollar for dollar.
