I have been teaching Anger Management for thirty years with books, but when I received my first DVDS I was in Heaven.Overcoming Emotions That Destory change my teaching and Chip Ingram became part of my ministry family. Thank you 🙏 Chip Family and Staff! Thank God for sending me too Living on the Edge.

Holds me accountable for not only my behavior towards others, but my behavior towards God… This series helped me to identify anger as simply an emotion… it doesn’t have to be bad, it doesn’t have to be mean… it just needs to be heard. And it’s what I decide to do with it in that moment that really matters.

It’s ok for me to acknowledge that the green muscles of rage are swelling underneath the surface… but t’s not ok to let them out. If I lose power over self, I ultimately lose self-control. I used to be a, “Mr. McGhee, don’t make me angry… you wouldn’t like me when I’m angry” kinda guy.

Not anymore. “He that is slow to anger, is stronger than the mighty.”
