Not Beyond Reach Small Group Series is a ten-week video-based study that is intended to educate people about the profound post-Christian cultural shift in the United States. We are at a precipice and a time in which millions of people will not step foot into a church. And these people are often our brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, friends, and co-workers. How can we reach them with the good news of Jesus? This series will help you to know how to engage in conversations, make connections, and hear what they have to say.
The ten videos (from 12 to 25 minutes in length) cover a variety of topics such as: How to Start Spiritual Conversations, Navigating Politics, Navigating Sexuality, Navigating Science, Jesus and the Message of the Cross, and many more.
The Participants Guide has an intensive, engaging weekly lesson that will be used as you watch the video and then has applications that can be completed at the conclusion of the lesson. The group sessions include elements such as:
- A viewing guide featuring key points
- Group discussion questions
- Application for the week to help practice the learnings outside the group session
- Group exercises such as prayer & role play
- And more!
The Leader’s Guide contains the same content as the Participant’s Guide with the addition of some notes and instructions for how to instruct the class. The course is designed to be stand-alone, but for the best experience, we recommend reading the book Not Beyond Reach by Aaron Pierce as you go through the videos.
