A 20-year broken marriage had left Maryam broken too. Her heart longed for true love, but instead she felt only silence and emotional pain. Over time, the longing for love, respect, and attention led her to seek comfort and companionship outside of her marriage. But instead of peace and love, she found herself overwhelmed with guilt and fear.
One day, a pastor shared the story of Jesus’ care for the sinful woman, and it opened Maryam’s eyes to the love and mercy of Christ. “Will my sins be forgiven too?” she wondered. As she heard the true gospel message, with tears and a sincere heart, she prayed, “Amen, my Lord Jesus Christ.”
Inside her, the painful battle between her difficult past and her desire for real love was finally won. Maryam learned that true repentance means turning away from darkness and walking toward Christ, and she took the first step. She asked God for forgiveness and trusted Him to help her live differently.
That day, Maryam’s life was changed for eternity. She now studies the Bible and seeks a new life filled with peace, truth, and grace.
Maryam is a living testimony of God’s redemptive love. No matter how far we’ve wandered, His mercy reaches into our deepest places of pain and brings forgiveness, restoration, and new life through Christ. And no matter how difficult it may seem to deliver the gospel, God will make a way.

Even as war tears families and communities apart, pastors are calling on the name of the Prince of Peace to bring peace to their countries and the hearts of those who live there.
